A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING APPLICATION FEE FOR
ESCORT EMPLOYEE PERMIT.
WHEREAS, Newport Beach Municipal Code Section 5.90.035
states that application fees for escort employee permit shall be
• established by Resolution of the City Council; and
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to hereby establish the
application fees for escort employee permits.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach as follows:
The following fees are established: $90.00.
