A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING THE CITY COUNCIL AD HOC
AIRPORT COMMITTEE.
WHEREAS, the City Council, with the adoption of Resolution
No. 87 -40, created the City Council Ad Hoc Airport Committee; and
WHEREAS, with Resolution No. 87 -40 sunsetted the Ad Hoc
Committee on December 31, 1988; and
WHEREAS, it is the desire of the City Council to extend
the Ad Hoc Airport Committee.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the
City of Newport Beach that Resolution No. 87 -40 be amended to
provide that the Ad Hoc Committee should be reviewed annually, but
shall continue until sunsetted by the City Council.
