agrees that any actual or alleged failure on the part of City to inform
Consultant of non-compliance with any requirement imposes no additional

monitor the handling of any such claim or claims if they are likely to involve
City.

Unit Cost
PROGRAM COST ESTIMATION: Using the estimated number of 320 FSE's subject to inspection,
estimated annual cost of Grease BMP Inspection Program is $ 44,800 (320 x $70 X 2). Because this will
be the inception of the annual program, every FSE given the program information will need to be visited
twice, once to deliver the program information and another return inspection to verify compliance with
the program. Beginning the following year, the annual cost will significantly decline because only those
FSE's that fail their initial inspection will require a return inspection. SCIS will not have to deliver all
the program information to all the FSE's like we did at the beginning of the f rst year. ECIS anticipates
the annual cost will decline by approximately $10, 000 beginning the second year of the program.
Additionally, ECIS recommends noting all affected FSE's prior to inspection beginning the second
year of the program to increase compliance with the program and reduce the annual cost to City.
ADDITIONAL INSPECTIONS FEE: Upon requestfrom the city ECIS proposes to charge the fee of
$60 per inspection per Food Service Establishment.
Grease BMP Inspection Program
$70 per inspection per establishment
Additional inspections beyond the scope
of the Grease BMP program
$60 per inspection per establishment
