Dear Council Member Selich:
We respectfully request that our property located at 4699 Jamboree Road and 5190 Campus
Drive, Newport Beach, CA 92660 be considered for a potential land use change during the
process you are currently undertaking to review amendments to the General Plan Land Use
Element. Although our property is currently entitled for office and retail, we desire expanding
our allowed property uses to include Senior Living, Residential, and Hotel.
