SUBJECT: Harbor Area Management Plan — Final Draft
ISSUE
The City's Harbor Area Management Plan (HAMP) is in its final draft form and ready for
approval. Should the Harbor Commission advise Harbor Resources to forward the HAMP to the
City Council for final approval?
RECOMMENDED ACTION
The Harbor Commission is requested to:
1. Endorse the HAMP as a Harbor planning tool as indicated on the Harbor Commission
submittal letter, and advise Harbor Resources to forward the document to the City
Council for final approval and adoption.
PUBLIC NOTICE
This agenda item has been noticed according to the Ralph M Brown Act (72 hours in advance of
the public meetings at which the Harbor Commission considers the item). It was also posted on
the City's website.
ENVIRONMENTAL REVIEW
The Harbor Commission's review of this agenda item does not require environmental review.
