Sea Lions
Isolated problems that we are handling, thanks to the nea
residents who keep us informed through emails and calls
We're chasing sea lions from boat to boat
Process:
Harbor Patrol calls the permittee and sometimes moves the boat
Harbor Resources calls the permittee and is quick to issue warning letters to begin the
process
Generally, we are concerned when there are 3 or more sea lions on a
boat or dock — larger numbers tend to compete for space and bark during
the night
September Harbor Commission Meeting
Rescheduled
Reason: City Manager's retirement dinner (paid by City employees) on
September 9, 6:00 PM (same day as regularly scheduled Harbor
Commission meeting).
