OCEAN FRONT STREET -END DVROV34ENT POLICY
Ocean front street ends may be improved for utility and aesthetic purposes tinder
the following conditions:

lished by this Policy.

4. A four -foot (41) wide sidetalk will be provided on both sides of the
street right of way adjacent to the property line.

wil be moistened with a fine spray of water after it is in place.

A six -inch high lip of concrete, brick or rock will be installed as
pare of the planter.
7. All improvements will extend from the nearest street or alley improve-
ment to the ocean front property line.

8. Special provisions will be made in design when garage access is
required from street ends.
9. Applications for street -end improvement will be filed with the
Parks, Beaches and Recreation Department.
10. Minor variations to the policy may be approved by the Parks, Beaches
and Recreation Director,
11. In conjunction with street -end development, adjacent property owners
may participate in the City's program to install palm trees in con-
crete rings on the ocean front beach.
