Subject: Proposed Additions to Police Building
425 32nd Street, Newport Beach
Re: Our Bid Proposal Dated May 7, 1959
Gentlemen,
We herewith request permission to withdraw our bid
on the subject job for the following reason.
In reviewing our work -sheet we find an error in the
addition of the totals of all columns (see enclosure)
of $10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Dollars). A careful
examination of this work -sheet will reveal how the
mistake was made.
This regrettable error clearly makes it impossible
for us to perform. Your consideration will be
appreciated.
Respectfully yours,
