xviii. Property line fences and walls, not including retaining walls. <br />Development standards for accessory structures. The following <br />development standards apply to Area B: <br />Covered accessory structures (e.g., trellis, gazebos, patio covers) <br />shall not exceed twelve (12) feet in height from existing grade or <br />finished grade or exceed four hundred (400) square feet in <br />cumulative total area. <br />Retaining walls shall comply with Section 21.30.040 (Fences, <br />Hedges, Walls, and Retaining Walls). <br />iii. Surficial grading for at -grade structures only; no caissons or <br />accessory structures with deepened foundations allowed in Area B� <br />other than the exemptions made for in subsection D of third <br />section listed below. <br />3. Development Area C—Limited Accessory Structures. Area C allows for the <br />development and use of limited accessory structures. The following accessory <br />structures are allowed in Area C: <br />a. Allowed Limited Accessory Structures. Area C allows for the <br />development and use of limited accessory structures. <br />L Lots Not Subject to Marine Erosion.
