The <br /> project includes tenant improvements to create a preparation area, front counter, and <br /> customer waiting area. The proposed hours of operation are from 8:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. <br /> No late hours (after 11 :00 p.m.) or alcohol sales are proposed as part of this application. <br /> RECOMMENDATION <br /> 1) Conduct a public hearing; <br /> 2) Find this project exempt from the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA) <br /> pursuant to Section 15303 under Class 3 (New Construction or Conversion of Small <br /> Structures) of the CEQA Guidelines, because it has no potential to have a significant <br /> effect on the environment; and <br /> 3) Adopt Zoning Administrator Resolution No. _ approving Minor Use Permit No. <br /> UP2017-010 (Attachment No. ZA 1). <br /> 1 <br />
