AS TO THE RESULTS OF THE ASSESSMENT BALLOTS FOR
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 113
I, Leilani I. Brown, City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach, do hereby certify that I
have examined the returns of the assessment ballots for the above -referenced assessment
district. The ballots were counted following the close of the public hearing held at
approximately 7:00 p.m. on November 27, 2018, in the City Council Chambers, located at
100 Civic Center Drive, Newport Beach, California.
Assessment Ballots representing $3,538,871.43 were returned in favor of the proposed
Assessment and Assessment Ballots representing $1,407,659.66 were returned against the
proposed Assessment.
