City Hall,Newport Beach,Cal.,7 P.M.,T.Ich.20,1918.
The Board of Trustees met in regular session at the place and
hour above designated.
in the absence of Chairman H.A.Robinson it was moved by Truste,
'J.J.Schnitker,seconded by Trustee ^eo.P.`.7ilson and carried that
Trustee J.P.Greeley act as President pro tem.
'_'resident J.P.Greeley took the chair and the roll was called,
the following Trustees being found to be present: J.P.Greeley,J.J.
Scbnitker,Geo.P.V!ilson and J.C.T.,IcCain, Absent,Trustee TI.A.Robinson.
The reading of the minutes was dispensed with and the .Board
proceeded to unfinished business
The City i,ttorney reported on the ship building lease and dis-
cussion followed.
It wL�s moved by Trustee Geo.P.�7ilson,seconded by Trustee J.C.I,L
and carried that the said ship building lease as amended. be accepter
and that the Fresident and the Clerk be authorized to execute the s:
The roll was called and the following Trustees voted Aye: Trustees
J. J. Schnitker ,Geo.'r.',Iilson,J.C.hiCCain and J.P.Greeley. S'oes,None.
Absent,Trustee H.A.Robinson.
Tioved by Trustee Geo.P.1ilson,seconded by Trustee J.C.McCain
and carried that the Board adjourn sine die.
