There Is hereby sub- mitted to the qualified electors of the city of Newport Beach at the general election to be held therein on the X 14th day of April, 1924, the question whether the compensation to be re- ceivde by members of the Board of Trustees shall be increased from the sum of $15.00 per month to the sum of $25.00 per month each, and the said question shall be printed upon the ballot at the election.
