"A Resolu <br />,tion of the Board of Trustees of the <br />City of Newport Beach declaring their' <br />lintention to vacate, close -up and <br />labandon for public street purposes) <br />'certain portions of Coast Boulevard) <br />I within the said City'. and <br />WHEREAS. the Street Superinten- 1 <br />dent of the City of Newport Beach <br />after the passage of said Resolution <br />caused to be conspicuously posted <br />along the line of said contemplated <br />.improvement at not more than three <br />hundred feet in distance apart upon <br />said street, and not less than three <br />in a1L.n,pon said street, notices of the <br />p'6dgage o€lsaid resolution. said no- <br />tice being headed.
