An Ordinance of the city of Newport Beach
repealing Section 1 of Ordinance No. 276.
- AD BoaY d of Trustees of the city of Newport Beach do
ordain as follows:
Section 1.
Section i of Ordinance No. 276 is hereby repealed.
Section 2.
This Ordinance shall be published once in NEWPORT
NETS, a newspaper of general circulation printed, published and
circulated in the city of Newport Beach and shall take effect and
be in force from and after its final passage.
The above and foregoing Ordinance was passed by the
Board of Trustees o kthe city of Newport Beach at a regular meeting
to
thereof held the 3M day of August, 1925, and on said day approved
bythe President of said Board of Trustees, the same being passed
by the following vote:
