ORDINANCE NO. 418

AN ORDINANCE AMENDING
SECTION 3 OF ORDINANCE
NO. 367 OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH.
The City of Newport Beach, by
•
and through its City Council, does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3 of Or-
dinance No. 367 of the City of
Newport Beach is hereby amended
by adding thereto additional ter-
ritory to the territory in said
Section 3 described, to be known
as Parcel No. 4, and described as
follows:
PARCEL IV.
All that certain tract of
land lying between the cen-
ter line of 19th Street, as laid
out and shown on a Map of
Section A, Newport Beach, re-
corded in Book 4, page 21, rec-
ords of Orange County, Call -
forum, and the center line of
15th Street, as laid out and
shown on a map of Tract 234,
recorded in Book 13, pages 16
•
and 17, records of said Orange
County, and between the north
line of Central Avenue as laid
out and shown on a map of
Section B, Newport Beach,
recorded in Book 4, page 27,
records of said county, and
the United States Bulkhead
line between stations 118; 119.
and 120, as shown on a map
of Newport Bay, showing
Harbor Lines, _ approved by
the Secretary of War, Janu -,
ary 18th, 1917, and on file
in the office of the District
•
Engineer, Los Angeles, Cali-
fornia.
SECTION 2. This. ordinance
shall be published once in NEW-
PORT NEWS, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed, pub-
lished and circulated in the City
of Newport Beach, and shall take ,
effect and be in force thirty days
after its passage.
I hereby certify that the fore-

going Ordinance was duly intro-
duced before the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach at a
regular meeting thereof held on
the 3rd day- of July, 1933, and
passed at a regular meeting there-
_ of held on the 10th day of July,
1933, by the following vote, to -wit:
AYES, Councilmen: Gordon,
Claire, Ellsworth, Garfield, Hilmer.
NOES, Councilmen: None,
ABSENT, Councilmen: None.

The above and foregoing Ordin-
ance No. 418 having been passed
by the City Council of the City

of July, 1933, is hereby signed
