6ROINANCE NO. 437
An' Ordinance of the City of
port Beach, Adding a New 3sc-
tion to Ordinance No. 310 of
Said City of Newport Beach, to
Be Known as Section 11¢ -a.
The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach does ordain as fo:
Iowa:
SECTION 1
There is hereby added to Ordin,
ante No. 310 of the City of New
Port Beach, a new section to be
known as Section 1s /2-a, which
said section shall read as follows,
to -wit:
"Section 11,�-a. The real prop-
erty hereinafter described is here-
by taken away from Fire District
No. 1, as described in Ordinance
No. 310 of the city of Newport
Reach, and the same is hereby
added to Fire District No. 2 of
said City, as defined and describ-
ed in said Ordinance No. 310, of
the city of Newport Beach.
That the real property herein
mentioned as being excepted and
taken away from Fire District
No. 1 and added to Fire District
No. 2 of the city of Newport
- Beach, and as described in Or-
difiance No. 310 of the said city
of Newport Beach, is more par-
ticularly described as all that cer-
tain real property situate in the
City of Newport Beach, County of
Orange, State of California, and
described as follows, to -wit:
; Beginning at the point of in-
tersection of the center line of
Ocean Avenue with the center
line of 24th Street of said
Ocean Avenue and 2 4 t h
Street, as shown on a map of
Newport Beach, recorded in
Book 3, page 26 of Miscell-
aneous Maps, Records of Or-
ange County, California;
thence northeasterly along the
center line of 24th Street
to an intersection with the
center line of the first alley
northeasterly of and parallel
to said Ocean Avenue, as
shown on said map of New-
port Beach; thence southeast-
erly along the center line of

irte *s ^orlon with the center
line of the first alley south -
;teriv of and parallel with
24th Street, as shown on said
rll of Newport Beach;

center line of the last describ-
ed alley and the northeasterly

ly line of the Pacific Electric
right of way; thence south-
westerly along the said right
of way line to an intersection
with the northeasterly pro -
lonZation of the center line of
22nd Street, as shown on sdid'
map of Newport Beach,'
thence southwesterly aloft
the northeasterly prolonga-
tion of the center line of 22nd
Street and the said center line
to an intersection with the'
center line of said Ocean Ave -
n u e; thence northwesterly
along the center line of Ocean
Avenue to the point of be-
ginning.
SECTION 2
The City Clerk of the City of
Newport Beach shall cause this
ordinance to be published once in
NEWPORT NEWS, a newspapef
of general circulation, printed,
published and generally circulated
in the city of Newport Beach, and
-hall take effect and be in force
thirty days after its passage.
The above and foregoing ordin-
ance passed by the City Council
of the city of Newport Beach at a
- egular meeting thereof held on
the 4th day of November, 1935,

AYES, Councilmen: Gordon,
Ciaire, Ellsworth, Garfield, Hilmer.
NOES, Councilmen: None.
ABSENT, Councilmen: None.
The above and foregoing ordin-
