Ordinance-No. 845, of"the city of Newport Beach is-, hereby amended by adding a new; section thereto to be known and designated Section 33C, and which shall read as follows: "33C. It shall be unlawful to, park any motor vehicle on the East side of Marine Avenue be- tween Balboa Avenue and Park. Avenue, on Balboa Island, New -. port Beach, California, and also. on the West side of Marine Ave- nue between the North Bay Front and Balboa Avenue, on Balboa Island, Newport Beach, California. Signs shall be erected and main- tained at not more than one hun- dred fifty feet (150') apart in each block setting forth the pro; visions of this section." SECTION 2. The City Clerk of the City of Newport Beach shall cause this ordinance to be pub- lished once in NEWPORT NEWS, a newspaper of general circula- tion, printed, published and gen- erally circulated in the city of Newport Beach, and shall take ef- fect and be in force thirty days after its passage. The above and foregoing ordbi- ance ;passed by the City Council of the city of Newport Beach at an adjourned regular meeting thereof held on the 15th day of June, 1836, by the following vote, to -wit: AYES, Councilmen: Gordon,, Claire, Whitson, Garfield, Williaffi- son. NOES, Councilmen: None. ABSENT, Councilmen: None. The above and foregoing ordin- ance is approved and signed by me this 15th, day of June, 1936. HARRY H.
