The City'of Newport Beach, by and through its i31ty1
Council, does ordain as follows:
section 1. A tax of ten cents (100) is hereby Y,cyvaNVi
for and levied in each fiscal year upon each one hundred'do
($100.00) of assessed valuation on all property in the oily 0
Newport Beach, which to taxable therein for municipal purp0$
