ORDINANCE NO. 568
The City of Newport Beach, by
and through its City Council, does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 525
of the City of Newport Beach is
hereby amended, pursuant to Sec-
tion 3 of said Ordinance, by chang-
ing the boundaries of the District
as shown by Dist. icting Map, Sec-
tion 11 thereof, in the following
particulars, to -wit:
Lots 13 to 23, inclusive, Block
1. East Newport Tract, City of
Newport Beach,, are hereby chang-
ed from R -2 Residence District
to a C -1. Commercial District.
SECTION 2: The above and
foregoing Ordinance No. 568 shall
be Publishell once in the NEW-
PORT BALBOA NEWS - TIMES.
a newspaper of general circulation
printed. published and circulated
in the City of Newport Beach, and
shall take effect and be in force
thirty days after its Iubheation.
