PUBLIC NOTICE
ORDINANCE NO. 569
The Citv of Newport Beach, by
and throug:1 its City Council, does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Ordinance No. 525
of the City of Newport Beach is
hereby amended, pursuant to Sec-
tion 3 of said Ordinance, by chang-
ing the boundaries of th eDistrict
as shown by Districting Map, Sec-
tion 2 thereof, in the following
particulars, to -wit:
Lot 4, Block 159, and Lot 17,
Block 160, River Section, City of
Newport Beach, are hereby Chang-
. ed from R -3 Residence District to
a C -1 Commercial District.
SECTION 2: The above and
foregoing Ordinance No. 569 shall
be published once in the NEW -
PORT BALBOA NEWS- TIMES, a
newspaper of general circulation
printed, published and circulated
in the City of Newport Beach, and
shall take effect and be in force
thirty days after its publication.
I hereby certify that the fore-
going Ordinance was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 25th day of
August, 1947, and was finally pass-
ed and adopted on the 26th day
of January, 1948, by the City
'Council at a regular meeting
thereof, by the following roll call
vote, to -wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Allen,
Siler, Isbell, Robertson, Reed.
NOES, COUNCILMEN:
ABSENT, COUNCILMEN:

City Clerk.
