ordain as follows:
SECTION I: Ordinance No. 525
of the City of Newport Beach is
hereby amended pursuant to Sec.
tion 3 of said Ordinance by chang-
ing the boundaries of the District
as shown by Districting Map, Sec-
tion 11 thereof, in the following
particulars, to-wit:
That certain property situate in
the City of Newport Beach, Or-
ange County, California, and de-
scribed- as follows:.
Lots 9 to 13, inclusive,
Block "C", East Newport
Trget, Newport Beach, Cali-
fornia,
is hereby changed from an R,2
Residential District to an R -3
Residential District.
SECTION I: The above and
foregoing Ordinance No. 579 shall
be published once in the NEW.

lated in the City of Newport
Beach, and shall take effect and
be in force thirty days after its
publication.
I hereby certify that the fore-

at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 14th day of
June, 1948, and was finally passed'
and adopted on the 21st day of
June, 1948, by the City Council at
a regular meeting thereof, by the
