Ordinance No. 664
AN ORDINANCE CHANGING
THE ZONING OF CERTAIN
PROPERTY
The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach does ordain as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1: Section 9102.2 of
the Municipal Code of the City of-
Newport Beach is hereby amend-
ed as follows:
"(a) That all the lots in Blocks
329, 429 and 430, Corona del Mar,
as per map recorded in Book 3,
Pages 41 and 42 of Miscellaneous
Maps, Orange County, California,
as shown on Sheet No. 17 of the
District Map attached to Ordi-
nance No. 635 and referred to in
Section 9102.2 of said Municipal
Code, and made a part thereof, be,
and they are hereby, rezoned from
an R -1 to an R -2 District"
SECTION 2: That the City En-
gineer of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby instructed and di-
rected to change the above District
Map so as to show the zoning de-
scribed in Section 1 hereof, and as
said District Map shall have been
so amended, the same shall remain
in full force and effect and a part
of Ordinance 635 of the City of
Newport Beach and Section 9102.2
of the Municipal Code of the City
of Newport Beach.
SECTION 3: This ordinance
shall be published once in the New-
port Harbor Ensign, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed and
published in the City of Newport
Beach, and the same shall be in
full force and effect 30 days after
this passage.
The foregoing Ordinance was in-
troduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council, of the City of
Newport Beach, held on the 9th
day of June, 1952, and was finally
passed and adopted on the 23rd
day of June, 1952, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES, Councilmen: Miller,
Finch, Horvath, Isbell, Smith.
NOES, Councilmen: None
ABSENT, Councilmen: None.
