Ordinance No. 665
AN ORDINANCE CILINGING-
THE SETBACK LINE ON CER-
TAIN PROPERTY
The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach does ordain as fol-
lows:
SECTION 1: Section 9102.2 of
the Municipal Code of the City of
Newport Beach is hereby amend-
ed as follows:
"(a) That on Lots 754 to 764 in-
clusive, Lots 789 to 799 inclusive,
Lots 967 and 968, Lots 972 to 976
inclusive, and on Lots 977 to 982
inclusive, of Tract 907, Lido Isle,
structures on said lots shall not be
erected nearer the street front
than 0 feet, and that said setbacks
be indicated on Sheet No. 7 of the.
District Map, attached to Ordi-
nance No. 635 of the City of New-
port Beach and referred to in Sec-
tion 9102.2 of said Municipal Code
and made a part thereof."
SECTION 2: That the City En-
gineer of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby instructed and di-
rected to change the above District
Map so as to show the setback
changes described in Section 1
hereof, and, as said District Map
shall have been so amended, the
same shall remain in full force
and effect and a part of Ordinance
No. 635 of the City of Newport
Beach and Section 9102.2 of the
Municipal Code of the City of New-
port Beach.
SECTION 3: This ordinance
shall be published once in the New-
port Harbor Ensign, a newspaper
of general circulation, printed and
published in the City of Newport
Beach, and the same shall be in
full force and effect 30 days after
this passage.
The foregoing Ordinance was in-
troduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, held on the 9th
day of June, 1952, and was finally
passed and adopted on the 23rd
day of June, 1952, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES, Councilmen: Miller,
Finch, Horvath, Isbell, Smith.
NOES, Councilmen: None
ABSENT, Councilmen: None
