ORDINANCE No. 667
AN ORDINANCE REPEALING SECTIONS 6224, 6224 -a THROUGH'
62244, 6225 and 6226 -a THROUGH 6225 -m, and ADDING SEC-
TIONS 6224.1 THROUGH 6224.35 PROVIDING FOR THE AN-
NUAL LICENSE FEES FOR PERSONS ENGAGED IN CON-
STRUCTION WORK
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: Section 6224, 6224 -a through 6224 -f, 6225, 6225 -a
through 6225 -M, are hereby repealed.
SECTION 2: There is hereby added to the Municipal Code of the
City of Newport Beach, Sections 6224.1 through 6224.35 to read as
follows:

SECTION 3: This ordinance shall be published at least once In the
Newport Harbor Ensign, a newspaper of general circulation, printed
and published in the City of Newport Beach and shall take effect 30
days after its final passage.
The foregoing Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach field on the 23rd day
of June, 1952, and was finally passed and adopted on the 14th day of
July, 1952, by the following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Miller, Horvath, Finch, Isbell, Smit4
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None
