AN ORDINANCE OF THE"
CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ADDING SECTION 4107.2 TO
THE MUNICIPAL CODE OF
THE CITY OF NEWPORT
BEACH, PROVIDING FOR
THE RESTRICTION OF DOGS
IN WEST NEWPORT PARK.
The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: There is hereby
added to the Municipal Code of
the City of Newport Beach, Sec-
tion 4107.2, to read as follows:
"Section 4107.2. DOGS. FUR-
THER RESTRICTED AREA. No
person having the care, charge
1)r Zantrol of any dog shall per-
mit or allow said dog to be under
any circumstances or conditions
on or upon the property known
as West Newport Park, said pro-
perty being bounded by 36th
Street, 38th Street, West Balboa
Boulevard and Park Lane in the
City of Newport Beach."
SECTION 2: The above and
foregoing ordinance shall be
Aublished once in the Newport
Harbor Ensign, a newspaper of
general circulation, printed and
published and circulated in the
City of Newport Beach, and the
same shall be in full force and
effect 30 days after this passage.
The foregoing ordinance was
introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach, held on the 10th
day of January, 1955, and was
finally passed and adopted on
the 17th day of January, 1955,
by the following roll call vote, to
twit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Smith,
Ridderhof, Bennett, Hill.
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: Broer,
ing.
