AN ORDINANCE OF�THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AMEND-
ING SECTION 3102 OF THE
�CIUNICIPAL CODE OF THE
-rTY OF NEWPORT BEACH
'DESIGNATING A CHANGE IN
THE DESCRIPTION OF THE
PROPERTY INCLUDED IN FIRE
ZONE NO. TWO.
The people of the City of New-
port Beach do ordain as follows:
SECTION 1: Section 3102 of the
Municipal Code is hereby amend-
ed to read as follows:
"SECTION 3102. Fire Zone No.
Two. All that certain real prop.
erty situate in the City and des-
ignated in Article IX of the Mu-
hiRipal Code of the City of New.
.:port Beach being the Planning
and Zoning Regulations of said
'ti.ty as C -1 district, C -2 district,
-1 -H district and C -2 -H district;
including any amendments or
additions to said Article IX here-
inafter adopted with reference to
,,aid districts, is hereby declared
to constitute Fire Zone No. Two."
SECTION 2: The above and
foregoing ordinance shall be pub-
fished once in the Newport Har-
bor Ensign, a newspaper of gen-
eral circulation, printed and pub-
lished and circulated in the City
of Newport Beach, and the same
;hall be in full force and effect
30 days after this passage.

nance was introduced at a regu.

of the City of Newport Beach
held on the 9th day of May, 1955
and was finally passed ana
adopted on the 23rd day of May
1955, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Bennett,
Wilder, MacKay, Stoddard, Hig-
bie, Ridderhof, Hill.
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None.
