AN ORDINANCE NAMING
A CERTAIN STREET
The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1: That certain exist-
ing roadway running from 46th
Street to the Pacific Coast High-
way in a westerly direction, and
running parallel to the northwest -;
erly line of the Pacific Electric)
Right of Nay, is hereby designat-
ed and named "Neptune Avenue."
SECTION ' 2: This Ordinance
shall be published once in the
Newport Harbor News - Press, a
newspaper of general circulation,
printed and published in the City
of Newport Beach, and the sarne
shall be in full force and effect
30 days after this passage.
The foregoing ordinance was in-
troduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council, of the City of
Newport Beach, held on the 10th
day of October, 1955 and was fin-
ally passed and adopted on the
24th day of October, 1955 by the
following vote, to wit:
