The City Council of the City
of Newport Beach does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1: District Map No.
20 adopted by Section 9102.2
and made a part of Article IX I
of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code is amended and the follow- ,
ing building setback lines are'
hereby established for the here -'d
insfter described real properi:y
in the City of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia. as follows:
1 s) The front building set-
back line for Lobe 1 through.
13 in Tract 2758, as per
map recorded in Book 117, I;
Paves 26 and 27, of Miscel-
laneaus Maps. Official Rea-
, ords, County of Orange. _
State of California, shall be
fifteen feet (15').

SECTION 2: The City Engin-
eer of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby instructed and I
directed to, change District Map
No. 20 so as to show the bnild-
ing setback lines described in
Section 1 hereof and, as said
District Map shall .have been so
amended, the same shall remain
in full force and effect and be
a part of Ordinance No. 635 of
Ithe City of Newport Beach and
Article IX of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code.

Newport Harbor News Press, a
newspaper of general circula-
tion, printed and published in
the City of Newport Beach, and
the same shall be effective 30

tion.
