ORDINANCE NO. 930
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AMEND-
ING SECTION 3250.3 OF THE
NEWPORT BEACH MUNICI-
PAL CODE RELATING TO
ONE -WAY STREETS AND AL-
LEYS
The City Council of the City of
Newport Beach does ordain as
follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3250.3 of
the Newport Beach Municipal
Code is amended to read:
"SECTION 3250.3. Corona
del Mar One -Way Streets
and Alleys.
First alley southerly of and
parallel to East Coast High-
way between Marguerite
Avenue and Marigold Ave-
nue. East bound traffic only.
Avocado Avenue between
Water Front Drive and Pa-
cific Drive. Northeast bound
traffic only.
Hazel D r i v e from East
Coast Highway southerly to
Poppy Avenue. South bound
traffic only."
SECTION 2. This ordinance
shall be published once in the
official newspaper of the City,
and the same shall be effective
30 days after the date of its
adoption.
This ordinance was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 27th day of
June, 1960, and was adopted on
the 11th day of July, 1960, by the
following vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Kings-
ley, Atkinson, Cook, Hart,
Lorenz, Somers.
NOES: COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT COUNCI LMEN:
Stoddard.
