HomeMy WebLinkAbout186 - Salary for the Recorder of the CityORDINANCE NO. 186 An Ordinance of the City of Newport Beach Fixing the Salary of the Re- _ corder Thereof. The Hoard of Trustees of the city I of Newport Beach do ordain as fol- lows: Section 1. The Recorder of the city of Newport Beach shall receive as his compensatir,n as such, daring the months of June, July, August and September of each year, the sum of a $40.00 per mouth, and during all other months the sum of $15.00 per month; said salary to be paid monthly. That part of any ordinance contrary fto this ordinance is repealed. Section 2. This Ordinance shall take effect and be in force thirty clays after its passage, and in the mean ante shall be printed and published once in NE \VPORT I\MS, a news- . paper (if general circulation printed, t published and circulated in the city �of Newport Beach. The above and foregoing Ordinance - as passed and adopted at a regular meeting of the hoard of Trustees held fion the 5th clay of July, 1921, by the ` following vote: Ayes. Trustees J. P. Greeley, J. J. Schuitker, Geo. P. Wilson, Conrad � 7 Rithter. L. S. Wilkinson. Noes. Trustees, none. ' Absent, Trustees, none.
