of Newport Beach 'do ordaifr as fol-
lows:

That certain pieces or parcel of land

cI Orange Uounty, California, and ex-
tending from the southwesterly pro -
Ilongation of the southeasterly line of
Emerald Avenue to the northwesterly
prolongation of the southwesterly line
cf Para Avenue, and also that certain

heretofcre unnamed, and described as
follows:
Beginning at the most uortherly cor-

Section -One; Balboa Island; thence

the aforesaid Block 1, and along the
southeasterly prolongation of that,

thence southwesterly along the south-
westerly Prolongation of the south-
easterly line of Emerald Avenue, a dis-
tance of -7:74 feet to a point: thence
northwesterly along a line, which line
is seven (1) feet southwesterly of and
parallel with the southeasterly nre-
lougatlon of that portion of the south-
westerly line of the aforesaid Block
1, lying. Immediately northwesterly of
Emerald Avenue, and along a ,line
which is seven (7) feet southwesterly
and westerly of and parellsl'with thr-

the aforesaid Block 1, to the inter-
section with the northwesterly pro-
lougation of the southwesterly lies of
Park Avenue; thence southeasterly
along the northwesterly prolongation

declared that all of the above des-
