CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ESTABLISHING .A SETBACKf--------`--------- - ---------- -
LINE AND AMENDING DIS-
TRICT MAP NO. 1
The City .Council of the City
of Newport Beach does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. District Map No
-
1 referred to in Section 9102.2
of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code and made a part of Article
IX of said Code is amended,
and the following building set-
back line is hereby established
for the hereinafter described real
property in the City of Newport
Beach, County of Orange, State
of California, as follows: I
The front building setback
line for Blocks 19, 21, and
22, Tract 772, as per map
recorded in Book 23, pages
5 and 6, of Miscellaneous
Maps, "Records of Orange
County, California, shall be
five feet (5').
SECTION 2. The Planning
Director of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby instructed and
directed to change District Map'
No. 1 so as to show the building
setback lips established in Sec-
tion 1 hereof, and, as Paid Dis-
trict Map shall have been so
amended, the same shall remain
in full force and effect and be,
a part of Article IX of the New-
port Reach Municipal. Code.
SECTION 3. This ordinance
shall be published once in the
official newspaper of the City,

30 days after the date of its
!adoption.
This ordinance was introd °.irmd
at a regular meeting of the City -
Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 14th day of
August. 1961 and was adopted
