ORDINANCE NO. 1007
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH REZON-
ING PROPERTY AND AMEND-
ING DISTRICT MAP NO. 36
The City Council of the City
of Newport Beach does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. The following
described real property in the
City of Newport Beach, Coun-
ty of Orange, State of Califor-
nia, to wit:.
Lots 1 to 5, inclusive, Tract
3976, as shown on a map re-
corded in Book 164, page 50,
of Miscellaneous Maps, Re-
cords of Orange County, Cal-
ifornia;
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, Tract
4709, as shown on a map re-
corded in Book 166, page 18,
of Miscellaneous Maps, Re-
cords of Orange County, Cal-
Hernial and
Lots 1 to 6, inclusive, Tract
4710, as shown on it map m-
corded in Book 166, page 19,
of Miscellaneous Maps, Re-
cords of Orange County, Cal -
Ifotnla,
as shown on District Map No.
36 referred to in Section 9102.2
of the Newport Beach Munici-
pal Code and made a part of
Article IX of said Code, be,
and the same Is, hereby rezoned
from an Unclassified District to
anR-1 -B District, and said Map
No, 36 is hereby amended to
show this zoning change.
SECTION 2. ThePlanningDi-
rector of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby instructed and
directed tochange District Map
No. 36 so as to show the zoning
change described in Section 1
hereof, and, as said District
Mapshallhave been so amend-
ed, the same shall remain in
full force and effect and be a
part of Article IX of the New-
port Beach Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. This ordinance
shall be published once in the
official newspaper of the City,
and the same shall be effective
30 days after the date of its.
adoption.
