ORDINANCE NO, 1023
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH AMEND-
ING SECTION 9255.13 OF
THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNI-
CIPAL CODE RELATING TO
SUBDIVISIONS
The City Council of the City
of Newport Beach does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1, Section 9255.13
of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code is amended to read:
"SECTION 9255.13. Allre-
quired improvements shall
beconstructed under the in-
spection of and subject to the
approval of the Public Works
Dlrector,Costs of plan check-
ing and inspection shall be
paid by the subdivider in ac-
cordance with a schedule of
fees adopted by the City
Council, copies of which are
on file in the offices of the
Planning Department and the
Public Works Director, "
SECTION 2. This ordinance
shall be published once in the
official newspaper of the City,
and the same shall be effective
30 days after the date of its
adoption.
This ordinance was introduced
at aregularmeeting of the City
Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 10th day of
December, 1962, and was a-
dopted on the 14th day of Jan-
uary, 1963, by the following
vote, to wit:
