AN ORDINANCE OF THE CI-
TY OF NEWPORT BEACH RE-
ZONING PROPERTY AND A-
i, MENDING DISTRICT MAP
NO. 20
The City Council of the City
of Newport Beach does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. The following
described real property in the
City of Newport Beach, County'
of Orange, State of California,
to wit:
Lots 63 and 64, Tract 1237,
as shown on a map recorded
in Book "40, pages 19 and2.0,
of Miscellaneous Maps, Re-
cords of Orange County, Ca-
lifornia, -- • . 44
as shown on District Map No, I
20 referred to in Section 9102.21
of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code and made a part of.Ar-
ticle 1X of said Code, be, and
the same is, hereby rezoned
from an R -1 -B District to an
R -2 -B District, and said Map
No. 20 is hereby amended to
show this zoning change.
SECTION 2. The Planning Di-
rector of the City. of Newpo:h
Beach is hereby instructed, and
,directed to change District Map
No. 20 so as to show rhezoa
ingchangedescribed in Section,
1. hereof, and, as said District'
Mapshallha,ve been so amend-
ed, the same shall remain in
full force and effect and be a
part of Article IX of the New- !
port Beach Municipal Code., .
SECTION 3. This ordinance
shall be published- once in the
official newspaper of the City,
and the same shall be effective
30 days after the date of'its
adoption.
This ordinance was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 13th day of
May, 1963, and was adopted,
on the 27th day of May, 1963,1
