AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH REZONING PROP-
ERTY AND AMENDING DISTRICT
MAPS NOS. 15 AND 37
The City Council of the City of New-
port Beach does Ordain Hs follows:
SECTION 1. The following described
real Property in the City of Newport
Roach, County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, to-wif:
That portion of block 94 of Irvine's
,Subdivision in the city of Newport.
Beach, county of Orange, state of
California, as per map reported, in
book 1, Page 88 of Miscellaneous
Record Maps, 1. the office of the
. County Recorder of said county, tle-
scribetl as follows:
Beginning at a point On the north-
erly line of Baysitle Drive, 60 feet
wide, as described in the dead to
the County. of Orange ,recorded June
11, 193& in book 830, .Page 217 of
Official Records of said' county, said
point beinii,the westerly terminus of
that certain curve on the westerly
line of Jamboree Road (formerly.
' Marine Avenue) concave westerlv,.

a C -N -H District, and said MaPSr Nos.
15 and 37 are hereby amended to show
this zoning change.
SECTION 2. The Planning Director
of the City of Newport Beach is hereby
instructed a directed "to ' change Dis-
trict Maps Nos. 1S and 37 so as to
show the zoning change described in _
Section I hereof, an d; as said District
Map shall have been so amended, the
same shall remain in ,full, farce and
'effect and be a part of Article IX of
the Newport Beach Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be
published once in the official newspaper
of the City, and the same shall be ef-
fective 30 days after the date of Its
adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a
regular meeting of the City Council of
the City of Newport Beach held on the
11th day of May, 1964, and was adopted
on the 8th day of Junes 1964- by that
following vote, to wit:

ber, Cook, Elder, Marshall, Parsons,
Forgit
