AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY' OF x
NEWPORT BEACH. AMENDING SEC-
TION 9108.12 OF, AND ADDING
SECTION 9108.127 TO, THE NEW.
PORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE
RELATING TO PLANNED RESIDEN-
TIAL DEVELOPMENTS
The City Council of the City of New
Part Beach does ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 9i0S.12 of the
Newport Beach Municipal Code is amend.
ed to read:
"SECTION 9108.12. Off - Street Parking.
The off - street parking 'regiurements
for each such development shall be as.
follows. ." .. ,
(1) Two (2) covered parking spaces
for each family` dwelling unit in the
development:

least two (2) additional parking spaces
for each family dwelling unit in the

as to be accessible to such visitors
