ORDINANCE NO. 1135
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACHAMEND-
ING SECTION 3250.4 OF THE
NEWPORT REACH MUNICIPAL
CODE RELATING TO BALBOA
ONE -WAY STREETS AND
ALLEYS
The City Council of the City
of Newport Beach does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 3250.4
of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code is amended to read:
"SECTION 3250.4. Balboa
One -way Streets and Alleys.
Main Street from Balboa
Blvd. to the most northerly
point of Main Street. North
bound traffic only.
Bay Ave. from Main Street to
`A' Street. East bound traffic
only.
A' Street from Bay Ave. to
Balboa Blvd. South bound traf-
fic only.
Washington Street from Ocean
Front to Balboa Blvd. North
bound traffic only.
Bay Ave. from Main Street
to Eighth Street. Westerly
hound traffic only.
Miramar Drive from the
Southerly line of Balboa Blvd.
to the Westerly line of Chan-
nel Road. Easterly bound traf-
fic only.
The alley lying between
Balboa Blvd. on the North and
Miramar Drive on the South,
From the westerly boundary of
I' Street to the northerly
line of Miramar Drive. Easterly
bound traffic only."
SECTION 2. This ordinance
shall be published once in the
official newspaper of the City,
and the same shall be effective
30 days after the date of its
adoption.
This ordinance was intro-
duced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of
Newport Beach held on the 9th
day of August, 1965, and was
adopted on the 23rd day f Au-
gust, 1965, by the following
vote, to wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Parsons,
Elder, Gruber, Forgit, Stoddard.
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: Mar-
shall, Cook.
