ORDINANCE NO. 1137
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY
OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTAB-
LISHING A SETBACK LINE
AND AMENDING DISTRICT
MAPS NOS. 22 AND 25
The City Council of the City
of Newport Beach does ordain
as follows:
SECTION 1. District Maps
Nos. 22 and 25 referred to in
Section 9102.2 of the Newport
Beach Municipal Code and
made a part of Article IX of
said Code are amended, and
a building setback line is
hereby established for the here-
inafter described real property
in the Citp of Newport Beach,
County of Orange, State of Cali-
fornia, as follows:
The front building setback
line for Lots 1 through 20, Tract
5783, as shown on a map re-
corded in Book 210, Pages 24
and 25, of Miscellaneous Maps,
Records of Orange Countyy
California, shall be eight (8S
feet.
SECTION 2. The Planning Di-
rector of the City of Newport
Beach is hereby instructed and
directed to change District
Maps Nos. 22 and 25 so as to
show the building setback line
established in Section 1 hereof,
and, as said District Maps shall
have been so amended, the
same shall remain in full force
and effect and be a part of
Article IX of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. This ordinance
shall be published once in the
official newspaper of the City,
and the same shall be effective
30 days after the date of its
adoption.
This ordinance was introduced
at a regular meeting of the City
Council of the City of Newport
Beach held on the 13th dal of
September, 1965, and was adopt-
ed on the 27th day of September,
1965, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: Parsons,
Marshall, Elder, Gruber, Cook,
Forgrt, Stoddard.
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None.
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None.
