ORDINANCE NO. 1149
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING
SECTION 9107.26 OF THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPA/oes
TO CHANGE THE DEFINITION OF "FAMILY" e City Council of the City of Newport Beach
ordain as
SECT ON 1. Section 9107.26 of the Newpo Beach
Municipal Code i 'amended to read as follows:
"SECTION 9107.26. 'FAMILY'. 'Fami ' shall mean an
individua or two (2) or more pers s related by blood,
marriage o adoption, or a group f not more than five
(S) persons eXofN clding servants, ho are not related
by blood, ma adoption, living together as a
single houseunit in a welling unit."
SECTION 2. inance 11 be published once in
the official newspaper ity, and the same shall be effect-
ive 30 days after the its adoption.
