RELATING TO LICENSE
The City Council of
ordain as follows:

CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING
iE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE
FEES FOR PENNY ARCADES
the City of Newport Beach does
SECTION le Section 6202 >5 of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code is amended to read:
106202.5 Penny Arcade in the "Fun Zone ", For each
penny arcade in the area bounded by Main
Street, Bay Avenue, Palm Street and New-
port Bay ................................ 25000 a c
For each station, seat, chair, handle or
other facility for use by a patron on a
machine game or device in a penny arcade
in the ®Fun Zone" owned by the licensee of
the penny arcade or for each machine, game
or device in a penny arcade owned by the
licensee of the penny arcade that accommo-
dates a single player o,o,............... 3.00 a"
SECTION 20 This ordinance sha11 be published once in
the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be effec-
tive 30 days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the
zath-
day of April , 1966, and was adopted on the 9th day
of Mav _, 1966, by the following vote, to wit:

Cook Fomit, Shelton
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
