ORDINANCE NO. 1243
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
ESTABLISHING SETBACK LINES AND AMENDING
DISTRICT MAP NO. 51
• The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
ordain as follows-
SECTION to District Map No. 51, referred to in Section
20.06.030 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code and made a part of
Title 20 of said Code by reference, is amended and building set-
back lines are hereby established for the hereinafter described
real property in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange,
State of California, as follows.
The front building setback lines for Lots 1
through 91 inclusive of Tract 6425, as shown
on a map recorded in Book 236, pages 43, 44,
45 and 46, Miscellaneous Maps, Records of
Orange County, California, shall be as follows;
Lots 25, 43, 51 and 78 shall be fifteen
feet (15 ®).
• Lot 61 shall be eight feet (8 °).
All other lots shall be ten feet (100).
SECTION 2. The Planning Director of the City of New-
port Beach is hereby instructed and directed to change District
Map No. 51 so as to show the building setback lines established
in Section 1 hereof, and, as said District Map shall have been
so amended, the same shall remain in force and effect and be a
part of Title 20 of the Newport Beach Municipal Code.
SECTION 3. This ordinance shall be published once in
the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be
effective 30 days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 22nd
day of January
1968, and was adopted on the
