ORDINANCE NO. 114 4 2 �
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
REZONING PROPERTY AND AMENDING DISTRICT MAP
NO. 9
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. The following described real property in
the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California,
to wit:
Lots 18, 19, 20 and the northerly 12.5 feet of Lot 21, Block
219; Lots 4 through 12 and Lots 19 through 27, Block 220;
and Lots 4 through 8, Block 221, Section A of Newport Beach
Tract as recorded in Book 4, Page 21 of Miscellaneous Maps,
official records of the office of the County Recorder of
the County of Orange,
as shown on District Map No. 9, referred to in Section 20.06.030
of the Newport Beach Municipal Code, and by such reference made
a part of Title 20 of said Code, is hereby rezoned from a C -1
District to an R -2 District, and a front yard setback of 5 feet
is hereby established on Lots 18, 19, 20 and the northerly 12.5
feet of Lot 21, Block 219 and on Lots 4 through 12, Block 220,
Section A of the Newport Beach Tract; further, that a front yard
setback of 10 feet is hereby established on Lots 19 through 27,
Block 220 and on Lots 4 through 8, Block 221, Section A of the
Newport Beach Tract, and said District Map No. 9 is hereby amended
to show this zoning change.
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published once
in the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be
effective 30 days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the
