HomeMy WebLinkAbout1595 - Not AdoptedV1514LLoWeV ORDINANCE NO. 1595 AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH ESTABLISHING A PLANNED COMMUNITY DEVELOP- MENT PLAN AND DEVELOPMENT STANDARDS FOR DELANEY'S CANNERY VILLAGE (AMENDMENT NO. 439) • The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES ORDAIN as follows: SECTION 1. The following described real property located in the City of Newport Beach, County of Orange, State of California, to wit: That portion of Lot 6 of Section 28, and Lot 2 of Section 33, Township 6 South, Range 10 West, S.B.B. & M., described as: Beginning at a point, which point is at the inter= section of a line 100 feet Easterly of and parallel with the Easterly line of Block 425 of a Map of Lancaster's Addition.to Newport Beach, recorded in Book 5, page 14 of Miscellaneous Maps, Records of Orange County, California, and the Southerly line of Twenty- Eighth Street, as said Twenty - Eighth Street is described in Ordinance No. 153 adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach, California, July 14, 1919; thence North 89° 15' 30" East 395.85 feet to a point; thence South • 27° 30' East 230.31 feet to a point; thence South 890 15' 30" West 574.40 feet to a point; thence North 20° 54' 30" East 218.85 feet; more or less, to the place of beginning, which is zoned P -C, is hereby amended to establish a Planned Community Development Plan and Development Standards known as Delaney's Cannery Village, Amendment No. 439. SECTION 2. Copies of said Development Plan and Development Standards are on file in the Office of the City Clerk for the City of Newport Beach and are made a part hereof by this reference. SECTION 3. The Community Development Director of the City of Newport Beach is hereby instructed and directed to show said amend- ment on said property and P -C District, as described hereinabove; and, as said P -C District shall have been so amended, the same shall be in full force and effect and be a part of Title 20 of the Newport Beach ,• Municipal Code. SECTION 4. This ordinance shall be published once in the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be effective thirty -1- b:f o.• (30) days after the date of its adoption.
