ORDINANCE NO. 1612
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
AMENDING SECTION 17.4 1.040 OF THE NEWPORT
BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE TO INCREASE THE FEE
REQUIRED TO FILE AN APPLICATION FOR A
NEWPORT HARBOR COMMERCIAL ACTIVITIES PERMIT
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
ordain as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 17.41.040 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code is amended to read:
"17.41.040 Filing Fee. An application as required
by this Chapter shall be accompanied by a filing fee of
Two Hundred Twenty -Five Dollars ($225) to compensate the
City of the administrative costs of processing such
application."
SECTION 2. This ordinance shall be published once in
the official newspaper of the City, and the same shall be
effective 30 days after the date of its adoption.
This ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting
of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the
27th day of May , 1975, and was adopted on the
9th day of June , 1975, by the following vote, to
wit:
AYES, COUNCILMEN: McInnis, Dostal, Barrett,
Kuehn, Rogers, Ryckoff, Store
NOES, COUNCILMEN: None
ABSENT COUNCILMEN: None
