ORDINANCE NO. 86 -12
AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH
AMENDING §12.12.050 OF THE NEWPORT BEACH
MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO CITY - ISSUED
PERMITS AND AUTHORIZED PARKING
The City Council of the City of Newport Beach DOES
ORDAIN as follows:
SECTION 1. Section 12.12.050 of the Newport Beach
Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as follows:
"No person shall park a vehicle in any parking lot,
facility or area owned, maintained or operated by the City of
Newport Beach without paying a fee if prescribed by City Council
Resolution or displaying a City - issued permit authorizing such
parking. No person having a City- issued permit authorizing
parking at certain times and places shall park a vehicle in any
manner or at any time not authorized by the terms of the permit."
This Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on the 28th day
of April , 1986, and was adopted on the 12th day of May ,
1986 by the following vote:
