• AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH REPEALING SECTION 11.08.060 OF THE
NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO
PICNICKING ON BEACHES.
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF NEWPORT BEACH DOES HEREBY
ORDAIN AS FOLLOWS:
SECTION 1: The City Council of the City of Newport Beach
hereby repeals Section 11.08.060 of the Newport Beach Municipal
Code.
SECTION 2: The Mayor shall sign and the City Clerk shall
attest to the passage of this Ordinance. The City Clerk shall
cause the same to be published once in the official newspaper
within fifteen (15) days after its adoption. The Ordinance shall
become effective thirty (30) days from its adoption.
This Ordinance was introduced at a regular meeting of
• the City Council of the City of Newport Beach, held on
the 23rd day of June , 1986, and was adopted
on the 14th day of July , 1986, by the
following vote, to wit:
