AN ORDINANCE OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
NEWPORT BEACH AMENDING SECTION 15.45.020(b) OF
THE NEWPORT BEACH MUNICIPAL CODE PERTAINING TO
DEVELOPMENT AGREEMENTS.
• The City Council of the City of Newport Beach does
hereby ordain as follows:
Section 1: The provisions of Section 15.45.020(b) of
the Newport Beach Municipal Code is hereby amended to read as
follows:
(b) Fees. The City Council shall establish a
reasonable fee for processing the application for consideration
of a development agreement by Resolution of the City Council.
Section 2: All other provisions of Section 15.45.020
shall remain in full force and effect.
Section 3: The Mayor shall sign and the City Clerk
shall attest to the passage of this Ordinance. The City Clerk
shall cause the same to be published once in the official
newspaper within fifteen (15) days after its adoption.
• Section 4: This Ordinance was introduced at a regular
meeting of the City Council of the City of Newport Beach held on
the 8th day of June , 1987, and adopted on the 22nd day
of June , 1987, by the following vote, to -wit:
