COPY RESOLUTION NO. 46 LOI•Y
A resolution of the City of Newport Beach accept-
ing as such and declaring a certain map to be the
official map of a portion of said cityi accepting
the streets and alleys shown and designated thereon
as public streets of the City of Newport Beach, and
directing said map to be recorded in the office of
the Recntaer of the County of Orange.
The Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach do
resolve and declare as follows:
Section l: Resolved that that certain map signed by the
members of the Board of Trustees of the City of Newport Beach and
dated on the lst day of November, 1915, describing and embracing
the portion of the City of Newport Beach, to -wit:
That portion thereof which is shown and described upon
said map being from the center line of 9th Street to the easterly
line of Alvarado Street and including Bay Island, bey and the sam
is hereby, adopted and declared to be the official map of said
portion of the City of Newport Beach, for the purpose of defining
streets and alleys thereon shown and giving dimensions on Lots
showing no recorded dimensions; the dimensions of said lots being
shown on said map in parenthesis, and are not recorded but being
actual field measurements.
Section 2: Resolved, that the streets and alleys shown
and described on said map are hereby accepted as such, dedicated
and declared to be open public streets and alleys of the city of
Newport Beach.
Section 3: Resolved, that the said map be recorded in the
office of the Recorder of the County of Orange, California.
Section 4: The above and foregoing Resolution No. 46 was
passed and adopted by the Board of Trustees of the City of New-
port Beach at a regular meeting thereof held on the lst day of
November, 1915, and on said day approved by the President of said
Board of Trustees, it being passed by the following vote, to wit:

6 The above and foregoing Resolution No. 46 is approved by

the records of the City of Newport Beach filed and main-

was duly and regularly adopted, passed, and approved by
the City Council of the City of Newport Beach, California,
at a regular meeting of.said City Council held at the
regular meeting place thereof, on the 1 day of
